A bit bumpy at first, but then truly exceptional: A beautiful property and wonderful hosts.
Positive: Johanne was extremely helpful, and just a lovely person.
Negative: I think these are possibly growing pains: this property is managed by a property management company that added new conditions like a $2000 damage deposit/hold on your credit card (seeing the property I completely understand this, but this should be made clear on the booking.com listing) and a separate rental agreement (?!?!?). So the rental agreement process was not at all like what I have experienced everywhere else. All is forgiven because the experience once we got there was truly exceptional.
Bon à savoir
